both the chariot and horse lay stunned.

8#Job 35:10; Ps 63:6 From the heavens You gave their judgment,
and the earth feared and was silent,
9#Ps 38:6; 18:2 when God arose to judgment,
to save all the meek of the earth. Selah

the remainder of wrath You shall put on.

and is feared among the kings of the earth.
