Psalms, 95:11

Wherefore I sware in my wrath, That they should not enter into my rest.


Therefore I swore [an oath] in My wrath, ‘They absolutely shall not enter My rest [the land of promise].’ ”

Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth exult; let the sea and all its fullness be moved.


So I swore in my anger, “They will not enter my rest.”
