Psalms, 40:7

Then said I, Lo, I am come; In the roll of the book it is written of me

Then I said, “Behold, I come [to the throne]; In the scroll of the book it is written of me.

Then said I, Behold, I come; in the volume of the book it is written of me

And when he came in to see me, he was speaking emptiness. His heart gathered iniquity to itself. He went outside, and he was speaking in the same way.

Then I said, “See, I have come; in the scroll it is written about me.

So I said, “Here I come! I’m inscribed in the written scroll.

Sacrifices and grain offerings you don’t want; burnt offerings and sin offerings you don’t demand. Instead, you have given me open ears

And so, I said, “I am here to do what is written about me in the book, where it says

Then said I, Behold, I come, in the volume of the book it is written of me

And if he came in to see me, he spoke vain things: his heart gathered together iniquity to itself. He went out and spoke to the same purpose.

Then I said, ‘Here I am, my God! The message that is written in the book tells me what I must do.

Then I said, “Behold, I have come; in the scroll of the book it is written of me

Then I said, “Here I am, I have come— it is written about me in the scroll

Then I said, “Look! Here I am! I've come to do what is written about me in the scroll of the Book.

Then I said, “I have come! (It is written about me in the scroll of the book.)

Then said I, Lo, I come: for in the rolle of the booke it is written of me

and so I answered, “Here I am; your instructions for me are in the book of the Law.

Then I said, “See, I have come; it is written about me in the volume of the scroll.
