And they shall know that I am Jehovah: I have not said in vain that I would do this evil unto them.


Then they will know [without any doubt] that I am the LORD; I have not said in vain that I would bring this disaster [as punishment] on them.” ’


And they shall know, understand, and realize that I am the Lord. I have not said in vain that I would bring this evil calamity [in punishment] upon them.


And they shall know that I, the Lord, have not spoken in vain, that I would do this evil to them."
