Isaiah, 66:9

Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth? saith Jehovah: shall I that cause to bring forth shut the womb? saith thy God.

Shall I bring to the moment of birth and not give delivery?” says the LORD. “Or shall I who gives delivery shut the womb?” says your God.

Shall I bring to the [moment of] birth and not cause to bring forth? says the Lord. Shall I Who causes to bring forth shut the womb? says your God.

Will I, who causes others to give birth, not also give birth myself, says the Lord? Will I, who bestows generation upon others, be barren myself, says the Lord your God?

“Would I let the baby break through and not be born?” asks ADONAI. “Would I, who cause the birth, shut the womb?” asks your God.

The LORD is the one who makes birth possible. And he will see that Zion has many more children. The LORD has spoken.
