Job, 32:21

Let me not, I pray you, respect any man’s person; Neither will I give flattering titles unto any man.

I will not [I warn you] be partial to any man [that is, let my respect for you mitigate what I say]; Nor flatter any man.

I will not [I warn you] be influenced by respect for any man's person and show partiality, neither will I flatter any man.
