And Jehovah God said unto the woman, What is this thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.


Then the LORD God said to the woman, “What is this that you have done?” And the woman said, “The serpent beguiled and deceived me, and I ate [from the forbidden tree].”


And the Lord God said to the woman, What is this you have done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled (cheated, outwitted, and deceived) me, and I ate.


And the Lord God said to the woman, "Why have you done this?" And she responded, "The serpent deceived me, and I ate."


So the LORD God asked the woman, “What have you done?” And the woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.”
