Who knoweth not in all these, That the hand of Jehovah hath wrought this
Who among all these does not recognize [in all these things that good and evil are randomly scattered throughout nature and human life] That the hand of the LORD has done this
Who [is so blind as] not to recognize in all these [that good and evil are promiscuously scattered throughout nature and human life] that it is God's hand which does it [and God's way]?
Who is ignorant that the hand of the Lord has made all these things?
