Shall not his majesty make you afraid, And his dread fall upon you?

Will not His majesty terrify you, And will not the dread of Him fall upon you?

Shall not His majesty make you afraid, and should not your awe for Him restrain you?

As soon as he moves himself, he will disturb you, and his dread will fall over you.
