Leviticus, 20:22

Ye shall therefore keep all my statutes, and all mine ordinances, and do them; that the land, whither I bring you to dwell therein, vomit you not out.

‘Therefore keep all My statutes and all My ordinances and do them, so that the land where I am bringing you to live may not vomit you out [as it did those before you].

You shall therefore keep all My statutes and all My ordinances and do them, that the land where I am bringing you to dwell may not vomit you out [as it did those before you]. [Lev. 18:28.]

Observe my laws as well as my judgments, and act according to them, lest the land, into which you will enter and live, may vomit you out, too.

If the people want to remain in the land that I am giving to them, they must obey my laws and my rules.
