Wherefore he saith, When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive, And gave gifts unto men.


Therefore it says, “WHEN HE ASCENDED ON HIGH, HE LED CAPTIVITY CAPTIVE, AND HE BESTOWED GIFTS ON MEN.”
