amidst which they found me purified in the temple, with no crowd, nor yet with tumult: but there were certain Jews from Asia

They found me in the temple presenting these offerings, after I had undergone [the rites of] purification, without any crowd or uproar. But there were some Jews from [the west coast province of] Asia

While I was engaged in presenting these, they found me [occupied in the rites of purification] in the temple, without any crowd or uproar. But some Jews from [the province of] Asia [were there]

through which I obtained purification in the temple: neither with a crowd, nor with a commotion.

While I was doing this, some Jews from Asia found me ritually purified in the temple, without a crowd and without any uproar.

When they found me in the temple, I was ritually pure. There was no crowd and no disturbance.

It was in connection with the latter that they found me in the Temple. I had been ceremonially purified, I was not with a crowd, and I was not causing a disturbance.

This is what I was doing when I was found going through a ceremony in the temple. I wasn't with a crowd, and there was no uproar.

Whereupon they found me purified in the temple, with neither crowd nor tumult. But it was certain Jews from Asia

In which I was found purified in the temple: neither with multitude, nor with tumult.

I was doing this in the yard of the temple when these men found me. I had obeyed all the rules to make myself clean in front of God. There was no crowd with me. Nobody was arguing or fighting because

At the time they found me in the temple, I was ceremonially clean and was not inciting a crowd or an uproar. But there are some Jews from the province of Asia

That's what they found me doing in the Temple—completing the ceremony of purification. There was no crowd and no disturbance.

My accusers found me in the temple courtyard doing these things after I had gone through the purification ceremony. No crowd or noisy mob was present.

At what time, certaine Iewes of Asia founde mee purified in the Temple, neither with multitude, nor with tumult.

It was while I was doing this that they found me in the Temple after I had completed the ceremony of purification. There was no crowd with me and no disorder.

They found me doing this in the temple courtyard. I had already been made pure and ‘clean’ in the usual way. There was no crowd with me. I didn’t stir up any trouble.

in the midst of which some Jews from Asia found me purified in the temple, neither with a mob nor with tumult.

My accusers saw me in the Temple as I was completing a purification ceremony. There was no crowd around me and no rioting.

While I was doing this, they found me in the temple, completing the rite of purification, without any crowd or disturbance.

And I did the ceremony to make myself clean. Some Jewish people saw me there at God’s ceremony house. But I was by myself. There was no mob of people with me, and I was not getting anyone to go wild.
