Jeremiah, 33:2

Thus saith Jehovah that doeth it, Jehovah that formeth it to establish it; Jehovah is his name

“Thus says the LORD who made the earth, the LORD who formed it to establish it—the LORD is His name

Thus says the Lord Who made [the earth], the Lord Who formed it to establish it–the Lord is His name

"Thus says the Lord, who will prepare, and form, and accomplish it; the Lord is his name.
