1 Corinthians, 9:26

I therefore so run, as not uncertainly; so fight I, as not beating the air

Therefore I do not run without a definite goal; I do not flail around like one beating the air [just shadow boxing].

Therefore I do not run uncertainly (without definite aim). I do not box like one beating the air and striking without an adversary.

And so I run, but not with uncertainty. And so I fight, but not by flailing in the air.

So I do not run like one who runs aimlessly or box like one beating the air.

So now this is how I run—not without a clear goal in sight. I fight like a boxer in the ring, not like someone who is shadowboxing.

Accordingly, I don’t run aimlessly but straight for the finish line; I don’t shadow-box but try to make every punch count.

I don't run without a goal. And I don't box by beating my fists in the air.

I don't run without a goal. And I don't box by beating my fists in the air.

I don't run without a goal. And I don't box by beating my fists in the air.

I therefore thus run, as not uncertainly; so I combat, as not beating the air.

I therefore so run, not as at an uncertainty: I so fight, not as one beating the air

Because of that, I do not run with no purpose. I do not fight like someone who only hits the air.

So I do not run aimlessly; I do not box as one beating the air.

Therefore I do not run aimlessly; I do not fight like I am beating the air.

That's why I run straight in the right direction. I fight accurately, not punching the air.

So I run—but not without a clear goal ahead of me. So I box—but not as if I were just shadow boxing.

I therefore so runne, not as vncertainely: so fight I, not as one that beateth the ayre.

That is why I run straight for the finishing line; that is why I am like a boxer who does not waste his punches.

That is why I run straight for the finish line; that is why I am like a boxer who does not waste his punches.

That is why I run straight for the finish line; that is why I am like a boxer who does not waste his punches.

Therefore I do not run like one who runs aimlessly or box like one beating the air.

I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air

I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air

Therefore I run in such a way, as not without aim; I box in such a way, as not beating the air

Therefore I run in this way, not as running aimlessly; I box in this way, not as beating the air.

So, therefore, I run, not with uncertainty. So I fight, not as one who beats the air.

Therefore I run in such a way as not to run aimlessly; I box in such a way, as to avoid hitting air

Therefore I run in such a way, as not without aim; I box in such a way, as not beating the air

So I do not run without a goal. I fight like a boxer who is hitting something—not just the air.

So I do not run uncertainly or box like one who hits only air.

So I do not run like someone who doesn’t run toward the finish line. I do not fight like a boxer who hits nothing but air.

Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air.

Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air.

Therefore I run thus: not with uncertainty. Thus I fight: not as one who beats the air.

So I run with purpose in every step. I am not just shadowboxing.

So I do not run aimlessly, nor do I box as though beating the air

So I do not run aimlessly, nor do I box as though beating the air

So, you see, I’m like a good runner that runs in a straight line to the end of the race. And I’m like a fighter that hits and doesn’t miss.

Well, I do not run aimlessly, I do not box as one beating the air

Well, I do not run aimlessly, I do not box as one beating the air

I therefore so run, as not uncertainly; so fight I, as not beating the air

I therefore so run, as not uncertainly; so fight I, as not beating the air

SONG 1,6,8,6tune: St. Flavian, 100.Genesis 1 -11 Let heav’n arise, let earth appear, said the Almighty Lord:The heav’n arose, the earth appear’d,at his creating word. Thick darknes

I don’t know about you, but I’m running hard for the finish line. I’m giving it everything I’ve got. No lazy living for me! I’m staying alert and in top condition. I’m not going to get caught napping,

Therefore, I run not as one without a goal that is kovua (fixed, set). I box as not beating the air.

Therefore I run accordingly, not with uncertainty. Thus I fight, not as one who beats the air.

So I run in this way—not aimlessly. So I box in this way—not beating the air.

I therefore run like that, not aimlessly. I fight like that, not beating the air

I therefore run like that, not aimlessly. I fight like that, not beating the air

I therefore run like that, not aimlessly. I fight like that, not beating the air

I therefore run like that, not aimlessly. I fight like that, not beating the air

Therefore I run so, not as to an uncertain thing; thus I fight, not as beating the air

I, therefore, thus run, not as uncertainly, thus I fight, as not beating air
