Isaiah, 8:13

Jehovah of hosts, him shall ye sanctify; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.

It is the LORD of hosts whom you are to regard as holy and awesome. He shall be your [source of] fear, He shall be your [source of] dread [not man].

The Lord of hosts–regard Him as holy and honor His holy name [by regarding Him as your only hope of safety], and let Him be your fear and let Him be your dread [lest you offend Him by your fear of man

The LORD of hosts, Him you shall hallow; Let Him be your fear, And let Him be your dread.
