I will declare thy righteousness; and as for thy works, they shall not profit thee.

I will declare your [hypocritical] righteousness and your deeds, But they will not benefit you.

I will expose your [pretended] righteousness and your doings, but they will not help you.

I will announce your justice, and your works will not benefit you.
