A bruised reed shall he not break, And smoking flax shall he not quench, Till he send forth judgment unto victory.


A BATTERED REED HE WILL NOT BREAK, AND A SMOLDERING WICK HE WILL NOT EXTINGUISH, UNTIL HE LEADS JUSTICE TO VICTORY.
