And Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons

Opening his mouth, Peter said: “ M ost certainly I understand now that God is not one to show partiality [to people as though Gentiles were excluded from God’s blessing]

And Peter opened his mouth and said: Most certainly and thoroughly I now perceive and understand that God shows no partiality and is no respecter of persons
