Then Jesse made Shammah to pass by. And he said, Neither hath Jehovah chosen this.


Next Jesse had Shammah pass by. And Samuel said, “The LORD has not chosen him either.”


Then Jesse made Shammah pass by. Samuel said, Nor has the Lord chosen him.


Then Jesse brought Shammah. And he said about him, "And the Lord has not chosen this one."


Then Jesse presented Shammah, but Samuel said, “The LORD hasn’t chosen this one either.”

Yishai presented Shammah; again Sh’mu’el said, “ADONAI hasn’t chosen this one either.”
