But woe unto you that are rich! for ye have received your consolation.


But woe (judgment is coming) to you who are rich [and place your faith in possessions while remaining spiritually impoverished], for you are [already] receiving your comfort in full [and there is noth


But woe to (alas for) you who are rich (abounding in material resources), for you already are receiving your consolation (the solace and sense of strengthening and cheer that come from prosperity) and


Yet truly, woe to you who are wealthy, for you have your consolation.
