Then she said, Did I desire a son of my lord? did I not say, Do not deceive me?


Then she said, “Did I ask for a son from my lord? Did I not say, ‘Do not give me false hope’?”


Then she said, Did I desire a son of my lord? Did I not say, Do not deceive me?


And she said to him: "Did I ask a son from my lord? Did I not say to you, 'You should not deceive me?' "


Then she said, “Did I ask my lord for a son? Didn’t I say, ‘Do not lie to me?’”


She said, “Did I ask you for a son, sir? Didn’t I say, ‘Don’t raise my hopes’?”


Then she said, “Did I ask my lord for a son? Didn’t I say not to deceive me?”


The woman said, “Sir, I begged you not to get my hopes up, and I didn't even ask you for a son.”

“Did I ask you for a son, my lord?” she asked. “Didn't I tell you, ‘Don't tell me lies’?”


The woman said, “I didn’t ask you for a son. I said, ‘Don’t raise my hopes.’ ”


Then she said, Did I desire a sonne of my lord? did I not say, Deceiue me not?


The woman said to him, “Sir, did I ask you for a son? Didn't I tell you not to raise my hopes?”




The woman said to him, “Sir, did I ask you for a son? Didn't I tell you not to get my hopes up?”


The woman said to him, “Sir, did I ask you for a son? Didn't I tell you not to get my hopes up?”


Then she said, “Did I ask my lord for a son? Didn’t I say, ‘Do not deceive me? ’ ”

She said, “Master, did I ask you for a son? Didn’t I tell you not to lie to me?”

“My master, did I ask you for a son?” she said. “Didn’t I tell you, ‘Don’t make me hope for something that won’t happen’?”


“Did I ask you for a son, my lord?” she said. “Didn’t I tell you, ‘Don’t raise my hopes’?”


‘Did I ask you for a son, my lord?’ she said. ‘Didn’t I tell you, “Don’t raise my hopes”?’


So she said, “Did I ask a son of my lord? Did I not say, ‘Do not deceive me’?”


Then she said, “Did I ask you for a son, my lord? And didn’t I say, ‘Don’t deceive me and get my hopes up’?”



Then she said, “Did I ask my lord for a son? Did I not say, Do not mislead me?”
